Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Heroes Rise Coffee Company—a first-responder-owned coffee company committed to Roasting for Those Who Serve. We roast and fulfill every order with care so your coffee arrives fresh and ready to fuel your mission.

Order Processing

Most orders are roasted, packaged, and shipped within 2–4 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays.

Because we prioritize freshness, some coffee may be roasted specifically for your order. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, major promotions, new product launches, or periods of unusually high demand.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Rates are based on your order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any free-shipping promotion applies only when the qualifying requirements are met and may exclude wholesale orders, oversized shipments, or certain destinations unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, military-address processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Selecting an expedited shipping service speeds up carrier transit time but does not eliminate our standard order-processing time unless expressly stated.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If tracking shows no movement for several business days, contact us at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] with your name and order number so we can help investigate.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We will do our best to correct it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Heroes Rise Coffee Company is not responsible for packages that are stolen or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery. If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location and with other members of your household.
  2. Ask neighbors or building management whether they accepted it.
  3. Allow one additional business day, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before completing delivery.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier to begin a package search.

If the package remains missing, contact us at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]. We will help however we reasonably can, although replacement or refund eligibility will be determined individually and is not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have completed our review.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays may occur because of severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or other events outside our control.

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe promised, we will contact you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund, consistent with applicable law. The FTC’s shipping rulerequires online sellers to notify customers of shipping delays and allow them to agree to the delay or receive a refund.

Coffee Subscriptions

Subscription orders are processed according to the delivery frequency selected by the customer. Shipping and billing dates may shift slightly because of weekends, holidays, roasting schedules, or carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for updating their shipping address before the next subscription order is processed. Address changes made after processing may not apply to that shipment.

Military Addresses

We are proud to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses when supported by the selected carrier. Military shipments may require additional transit time and can have limited tracking after entering the military postal system.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
Remove or revise this section if you offer international shipping.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because we work quickly to roast and fulfill orders, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it generally cannot be changed or canceled.
